yay!!! I go to Vancouver on thursday!!!! Tanya is going to give Steph and I a ride, and she decided to come to Van as well to see Cory and visit family so Hooray!! it's gunna be so fun! And that means Steph and I don't have to get lost trying to find the QE. -_-

So, there was the HUGEST spider in our bathroom today. It was on the roof above the toilet. Seriously, it could have eaten my face. John was like, "Spiders are good. they eat bugs." and I was like, "AND MY FACE!!" He didn't believe me. He went to swat it with the fly swatter cuz my mom and I were cowering in the hallway, and it FREAKIN JUMPED!!! It flew to the floor and ran across the lenolium, but luckily it scared the crap outta John and he gave it a good swat. Then he LEFT IT ON THE FLOOR!! Like we wanted to dispose of it! He said it was just a tiny thing, but WHATEV!!! It was roughly the size of a toonie and had a really fat body and skinny legs. CREEPY/squared!!!

Last night was pretty fun. My stepdad and I bonded a little over music. who knew?? lol He had a friend over who used to be in a band and he was playing the drums, so I grabbed my guitar and stole my brother's amp and we jammed a little, then he left and John took Mikes guitar and was fooling around so I went to go try my hand at drumming. (funny, we've had them for like, two years now and I've never touched them.) Anyway, I got the hang of it pretty quick and was soon able to create some sort of a beat, so John and I sat there for like, two hours just goofing off. It was actually fun. XD

Drea: I thought I might be #12!! That makes me so happy! *huggles*

which reminds me, Saturday I went to the Voodoo. There was some people there I hadn't seen in a while and it was AWESOME to see them. It was great fun. I wasn't going to drink, but I ended up doing it anyway. I wasn't too bad though. I only spent 30 bucks and got a good buzz. The DJ (who happened to be the owners wife) was really shitty though. She was playing all this crappy 90's urban rap shit and NOBODY was dancing. Kay, saturdays is supposed to be top of the dance charts and requests. NOT RAP CRAP!!
Also, for the very last song she played a slow song. WTF?!?!? How middle school is that?? Seriously. Anyway, great night overall.

Aaaannd now that I am thoroughly scarred with the image of giant, face-eating spiders that will probably haunt the dark corners of my mind forever, I'm off to bed.
