weekend (of sorts)

So yesterday was awesome. I got asked by Leon to do a workshop of Woyzeck. According to Meghan, he wanted me specificlly! It's stuff like this that really makes me feel I am on the right path, that I am taking the right steps in my career.
I had my not-so-mid-midterm in Stagecraft too, which I totally blanked on. Yay for stupidity!
After that, I skipped english and went to A&B sound with Amber and Geoff. I only had enough money for one of the cd's I wanted, so I bought System of a Down: Toxicity. But the lovely Amberlicious paid for the Muse cd I wanted ^__^ (I'll pay her back of course).
We then went to Fasinating Rythem (used movie/cd store) and browsed around.
After that, we wanted to keep hanging out so we went to Geoff's place and played video games. AH it was fun!! Amber hadn't really played some of the games before and was a total n00b, but she still did really well. She even managed to beat Geoff and I a few times. Yay Amber!
We got hungry and ordered a pizza, but we had to go and pick it up cuz Mambo's doesn't do at the door debit. XP mmmmmmm piiiiizzaaaaa.... lol
We also played around on the piano a bit. I love the piano so much and I wish I knew how to play! Apparently I have a good ear for it though, cuz I kept hitting random chords and being like, "Hey, that's part of 'such and such' song!!" and then I'd try to figure it out. lol
My fun ended when I got home though. Lo and behold, Nevada had friends over. What a suprise. She was blasting her music until 6 in the morning. >.<

Today was really fun too! Amber and I went to Woodgrove. She was looking for lime green chucks (she didn't find them) and she also bought a bunch of DVD's and some Mac makeup.
We went into Spencer's and found Nightmare Before Christmas posters and OH MY GOD I WANT ONE SO BAD!!!!! If I wasn't broke as hell, I would have bought one, no questions asked. T__T After that we ran into Geoff at the sword place. I held a really sweet Rapier. XD
Then we hung out around the mall for a bit. We got cotton candy ice cream and went into Toys R Us and played with things. Hehehee
Then we got bored of Woodgrove and went to an awesome music store (WTF was it called??) and I played around on the pianos. I accedently slammed the key guard down on my hand. That hurt...... >.> oh well.
Then Amber found a RENT music book and bought it, but before that we found a Phantom of the Opera one and played the songs. It was awesome!!
I also wandered over to the guitars and picked up a nice Stratocaster to play. *insert orgasm noises* I plugged it into the amp and everything!!! I haven't played in a while though, so I was kinda shy to play anything around Geoff (who is really good.)
After that I went back to Amber's and we were hanging out. We watched Dazed and Confused, then Melia showed up and we went to the Bistro for dinner. It was great fun.
We went back to Melia's dorm and played around with Amber's new RENT book, then went to her room and started up Nightmare Before Christmas cuz Melia had never seen it. I had to leave early though, cuz I needed to go home. But, I've seen TNBC millions of times, and I own it on DVD and VHS, no no worries.
I borrowed RENT from Melia though. YAY! I haven't seen it since it was in theatres!!!

So I talked to my mom today and I am going home in the morning for a visit. She's gunna put money in my bank for a ticket. I plan to actually get some sleep this weekend. It'll be really nice. And I'm gunna bring my computer so I can watch DVD's on the bus. XD I LOVE my new computer!!

Anyway, bedtime for me. Oh, btw, does anyone have boxes?? I need to start packing.. O_o
